Dear 2011 Car Show Participant,

Thanks for your participation at our 2011 show. Below are some guidelines, directions and instructions regarding check-in at the show. Please go over them prior to your arrival to help us make it as easy as possible to get you and your cars into the show.

Please note! Exhibit space inside the BIG TOP and outside structures is LIMITED and will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. We CANNOT guarantee that you will be parked inside. All overflow vehicles will be parked just outside the East and West car arena areas of the main structure, but will not be under canopies, but will be on carpeting. If this is not agreeable, please contact me immediately for a full refund.

Check In – We will start checking in cars on Friday, February 4th after 10:00 AM. Check in Saturday and Sunday, Feb 5th and Feb 6th will start at 8:00 AM. The show will be open to the public at 9 AM so we would appreciate you’re being there as early as possible.

Dry Campsites We will be supplying FREE dry campsites for car owners during the show. You will be assigned a spot near the show grounds upon your arrival and check-in. We do not allow any camping, exhibitor or otherwise, in our public parking lot.

Campsites with Hook-ups - If you would like basic electric (30 AMPS only) sewer and water service, the charge is $60.00. You may move in on Friday and depart on Monday.

Move In – Cars that will be left in place for both days will be given priority inside the main structure. If you will need to remove your car prior to closing time either day, please let us know at check-in so that we can position your car accordingly. For any clubs or groups that want to be parked together inside the Main structure, please arrive together so that we can move you in together. We’ll do our best to accommodate all of your needs! If you would like to park together in one of our peripheral structures, call me with the number of vehicles and I’ll try to save you spots together.

Awards – We will be presenting awards in at 2:00 PM on Sunday, February 6th. We will hold the ceremonies in one of the canopies on the North Midway.

Direction to Show Grounds – Take I-10 to either Quartzsite exit and turn North. This turns into Main Street. Follow Main to the signal at Hwy 95. Turn South and go back over freeway. Go through the light at Kuehnn Rd. and proceed about 300 yards. Look for the big white RV Show and Car Show billboard on your right. Follow signs to check-in.

Thanks again for your participation. Please keep your invoice and statement copies as your receipt and bring them with you to the check-in office. The invoice will be needed to pick up your T-shirt/s at the show. Our office phone number during the show is (928) 927-6888.
